Some of our parents are having difficulty accessing everything in PAM from internet explorer. They may not be able to access the details screen or a second child' information. I have contacted NEOMIN and they suggested:

1. Allow popups.
2. Check for firewalls.
3. Use Mozilla Firefox as the web browser.

Parent Assistant allows parents and students to access student information via any Internet access at work or at home and the ability to access student performance.

    • All parents/guardians will receive a unique User Name and Password for accessing their student’s information. The specific student information can only go to the person holding that students unique User Name and Password. The username and password are Case-Sensitive.

    Once logged in you can use the drop down menus of General Info, Current Activity, Academic Progress, and Miscellaneous, to access more information. For more details on specific classes click the details button on the right side of the screen.
